Anuj Balaji

Anuj Balaji is a Systems Integration and Change Management Consultant at Lightship since June 2023, specializing in the development and implementation of PLM processes. Anuj is also the Founder of Elessar Consulting Inc. and serves as the Vice Captain - Operations at the Vancouver Rowing Club. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Manager of Vehicle Integration and Packaging at Canoo, where Anuj led a team responsible for vehicle architecture development and PLM integration. Anuj held various engineering and leadership roles at companies including General Motors, Chrysler, and Cosma International Group, focusing on upper body structures and product engineering. Anuj holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, along with a Soccer Management and Scouting Certificate.
