Leila Perkins

Leila Perkins currently serves as General Counsel, Payments at Lightspark, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Leila Perkins was the General Counsel for Stripe Payments Company from August 2018 to July 2025, where responsibilities also included serving as Head of North America Regulatory and U.S. Regulatory Counsel. Leila Perkins began a legal career at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, first as a Summer Associate in 2012 and then as an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group from October 2013 to July 2018. Additional experience includes a Law Clerk position at the United States International Trade Commission in 2011. Leila Perkins holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, an AB in Social Studies from Harvard University, and also attended Fudan University.
