Heather James is an experienced HR and talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of HR & Talent Acquisition at Lightspeed Systems since September 2018, Heather has played a pivotal role in enhancing talent management strategies for a company dedicated to supporting educational systems. Previously, Heather held key positions at Bankrate, Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, and at FloSports as the Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included managing HR functions and leading a corporate benefits upgrade initiative. Additionally, Heather has extensive experience in recruiting and HR management from roles at Accruent, Greywolf Consulting, and other organizations, providing a strong foundation in building innovative recruitment strategies. Heather's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from West Texas A&M University.
