Rebecca Hollenbeck Gould

Director, Technical Product Management at Lightspeed Systems

Rebecca Hollenbeck Gould has extensive work experience in technical product management and software engineering. Rebecca is currently the Director of Technical Product Management at Lightspeed Systems since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Product Manager at the same company from July 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining Lightspeed Systems, Rebecca served as the Director of Product Management at Polygraph Media from April 2018 to July 2020. In this role, they worked closely with the Google Ads Channel Sales Team and transformed the product team from a waterfall to an agile process. Rebecca also acted as the Scrum Master for the development team.

Earlier in their career, Rebecca worked at Tangoe, where they held multiple roles. From August 2015 to December 2017, they were the Director of Product Management, responsible for the product roadmap of Tangoe's second largest SaaS product. Rebecca operated in an Agile-like environment and incorporated customer feedback into product improvements.

Rebecca also served as the Director of Software Engineering at Tangoe from October 2014 to August 2015, working with development and QA teams in the US and India. Additionally, they worked as a Software Project Manager from April 2012 to September 2014, collaborating with product management to define requirements and leading the internationalization efforts of Tangoe's Command product. Rebecca started their career at Tangoe as a Software Developer from October 2008 to April 2012.

Before joining Tangoe, Rebecca worked as a Software Engineer at Time Warner Cable from September 2002 to October 2008. Prior to that, they held the same position at General Bandwidth from 2001 to 2002. Rebecca also worked briefly as a Software Engineer at OneSizeTooSmall in 2000 and as a CMS Consultant at Trilogy from 1998 to 1999.

Rebecca Hollenbeck Gould completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they attended from 1993 to 1998. Prior to their university education, Rebecca attended Michigan Lutheran Seminary, but no specific degree or field of study information is available for that period. In addition to their formal education, Rebecca has obtained certifications in Scrum methodologies, specifically as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) in July 2019 and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) in June 2019, both from the Scrum Alliance.
