Atang is a transformative commercial leader with a proven track record of driving sustained revenue growth, redefining go-to-market and commercial strategies, and leading with full P&L accountability to maximise shareholder value.

Since February 2025, Atang has served as Commercial Director, B2B at LightSpeed Broadband, where he leads the commercial and go-to-market strategy across connectivity and value-added service propositions. As a member of the ISP Executive Team, Atang contributes to shaping the strategic direction and operational priorities of the business - focusing on customer acquisition, channel expansion, revenue performance, and marketing alignment to embed a culture of commercial excellence.

Prior to this, Atang was Head of Sales at Daisy Group (2022–2025), where he led two national business units within the UK’s largest independent B2B telecoms provider. Atang oversaw integrated technology, fibre, payments, energy, and mobile services - delivering consistent year-on-year revenue growth, bolstering retentionn rates, and launching a high-growth acquisition model that achieved a 200% revenue uplift vs forecast in its first quarter of launch.

Between 2019 and 2022, Atang held senior commercial roles at XLN, a PE-backed provider of telecoms and payments solutions for UK SMEs. He most recently served as Head of Direct Sales and Head of Payments, managing the full London P&L while driving a cross-functional lead generation strategy that materially supported XLN’s £210 million acquisition by Daisy Communications.

Throughout Atang's career, he has led initiatives across revenue management, acquisition, and retention - driving profitability and commercial transformation in dynamic B2B environments.

Atang's core strengths include scaling PE-backed organisations, GTM leadership, product monetisation, negotiation strategy, and building high-performing commercial teams. He brings deep sector expertise across telecoms, payments, and technology, with a sharp focus on aligning commercial strategy with shareholder value creation.

Atang is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Warwick Business School with a focus on strategy, corporate finance, M&A, and sales excellence - further sharpening his ability to scale enterprise value in complex, growth-focused organisations.
