Lauren Santin

Lauren Santin is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent systems and insights. Currently serving as an HR Analyst at Lightspeed Commerce since August 2020, Lauren previously held the role of People and Culture Coordinator. Prior to Lightspeed, Lauren worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at FlightHub, supporting management on HR-related matters and managing the corporate HRIS database. Additionally, Lauren gained valuable experience as a Recruiter and Recruiting Specialist at Fuze HR Solutions, where responsibilities included developing recruiting strategies and conducting candidate evaluations. Educationally, Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR from Concordia University and a DEC in Social Sciences from Marianopolis College.
