Sander Decavel

Sander Decavel is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in agile methodologies, having served as Software Development Manager at Lightspeed HQ since March 2013. In this role, Sander coaches team leads and developers, fostering collaboration within agile development squads. Previously as Development Team Lead, Sander managed multiple teams using technologies such as Obj-C, Swift, Java, Angular, and React, and implemented new workflows as the company expanded. Sander's career began as a Developer for front-end iOS applications at Lightspeed HQ, along with experience as a Junior iOS Developer for the Big Brother 2013 application and an intern at TapCrowd. Sander holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in New Media & Communication Technology from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, along with a High School Diploma in Science & Modern Languages from KA Voskenslaan.
