David Zimmer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Acting CEO of RTI Cables and Head of Lightstorm Submarine Networks at Lightstorm since January 2022, David has been integral in building high capacity fiber networks across the Asia Pacific region. As Managing Partner at Growth Infrastructure Partners since October 2015, David provides strategic guidance and operational support to investors and operators in M&A projects. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at BDx Data Centers and I Squared Capital, Chief Sales Officer at Seaborn Networks, and various leadership positions at EarthLink and Lumen Technologies. David holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from Syracuse University and completed the High Performance Executive Leadership Program at the University of Denver.
