Under Richard's leadership, the agency has significantly influenced over $2 billion in annual digital revenues through its strategic partnerships across regional offices in London and Dubai. In addition to this role, Richard has been a mentor for emerging fashion brands in e-commerce for the British Fashion Council and has supported Soho House's Soho Impact program since November 2015. Prior to these positions, Richard served as a senior consultant from 1999 to 2011, delivering diverse digital projects for notable clients including Arcadia Group, Banksy, and the NHS, as well as co-founding Schway, a pioneering fashion digital product, from 2005 to 2010.
