Axel Voege

Axel Voege serves as the Head of IT DevOps Commercial and Services at Lilium since July 2021, focusing on creating digital customer journeys and designing ecosystems for enhanced customer experiences. Previously, Voege held multiple roles at Lilium, including Head of DevOps Production & Supply Chain and Manager Aircraft Health Management, where responsibilities included building digital infrastructure and maximizing aircraft performance through strategic data solutions. Prior experience spans over two decades at Rolls-Royce, culminating in leadership roles such as Head of Digital Operations in Germany, where Voege drove digital transformation and innovative asset management strategies. Voege began the engineering career at Zimmer AG, developing process control systems. Voege holds a Diplom-Ingenier degree in Electronics & Controls from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
