Hossam Batekh

Hossam BATEKH is currently employed at Lilium as a model-based development/embedded systems software engineer, responsible for model-based software development in compliance with the DO-331 standard for DAL A Software within an agile framework. Previously, Hossam served as a senior MBD/system engineer at Valeo, focusing on MBD building blocks for motor control applications and conducting system analysis through HIL simulations. Prior roles include embedded/MBD software engineer, where important customer interactions and SW component development occurred. Hossam began a freelance career in mechatronics on Upwork before completing an R&D internship at Ahram Security Group, contributing to the development of a motorized smart door lock. Hossam holds a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Helwan University Cairo.
