Kate M. Puglia

Kate M. Puglia, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Head of Career Operations at LIM College, a position held since March 2017, where responsibilities include compliance, employer relations, career education, and data reporting. Kate has also held roles as an adjunct instructor, senior career coach, graduate & alumni career coach, and career advisor at the same institution. Prior experience includes positions as an Omni Associate Merchandise Planner at Macy's, as well as various buying roles at Gilt.com and Ross Stores, Inc. Additionally, Kate has experience in merchandise planning and allocation from positions at Talbots and Bed Bath & Beyond, and began a career in merchandising as an intern at Ralph Lauren. Kate earned an MBA in Marketing from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
