Leticia Cajas Alvarado serves as the Head of Legal Operations & Innovation at LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS since July 2017, where responsibilities include leading the design and continuous improvement of the legal and governance strategy, managing initiatives that enhance business value, employee well-being, internal customer experience, process efficiency, and stakeholder relations. Prior experience includes serving as an Abogado, handling legal management of contracts related to airport goods, services, and regulatory compliance, as well as a Professional Intern at Rubio Leguia Normand. Leticia's academic achievements encompass a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and various specialized programs in Administrative Law and Construction Law, as well as ongoing studies in Customer Experience design and management at Universidad del Pacífico.
