James Montanana

James Montanana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently a Co-Founder of Waya Electric, James focuses on enhancing electric 2 and 3-wheelers for diverse markets. As a Non-Executive Director at Lima Labs, James contributes to innovative AI solutions aimed at improving agricultural supply chains. With a background in aviation logistics, James serves as both an Advisor and Country Manager for Jebel Aviation Logistics, overseeing South Sudan's first fixed-base operator. In addition, James provides strategic advice to several organizations, including Warehousing Logistics Company and Dojo Wellness Club, while previously managing Maris Limited and leading projects for CAKE within East Africa's electric motorcycle market. Academically, James holds a Master's Degree in African Development from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Sussex.
