Emily Dancyger King's work experience includes various leadership roles focused on talent management, development, and HR strategy. Emily is currently the Chief People Officer at Lime since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as Guest Faculty at Harvard Business School starting in 2018. From 2021 to 2022, Emily worked at Gap Inc. as the Head of HR Strategy & Transformation, Talent and People Operations, where they played a key role in developing purpose-led brands. Before joining Gap Inc., they were the SVP Talent Management & Diversity at McKesson from 2016 to 2021, where they supported the global enterprise and managed a team of 80 people. Emily also held various senior positions at Citigroup, including Chief Learning Officer, Global Head of Talent Management, and Global Head of Leadership and Executive Development, during which they oversaw several key initiatives to develop leaders and drive organizational success. Prior to that, they worked at Loral Skynet and ICE, where they led learning and development functions. Emily's expertise in talent management and development spans over two decades across various industries.

Emily Dancyger King completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Modern Languages at Western University from 1991 to 1994. Emily continued their education at New York University, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences from 1994 to 1996.
