Tom Fraser started their work experience as a Senior Software/Firmware Engineer at TalkSwitch in 2004. In this role, they were responsible for designing telecom features, embedded database systems, and a Java-based configuration user interface. Tom worked at TalkSwitch until 2008.

From 2008 to 2012, Tom worked as a Senior Software/Firmware Engineer at Fortinet.

Starting in 2008, Tom also worked as a Team Lead/Manager for Canon Australia's R&D center. During this time, they developed next-generation Canon rendering algorithms. Tom worked at Canon Australia until 2012.

In 2012, Tom joined Amazon as an Engineering Leader, leading large-scale projects and managing organizations to deliver value to millions of customers worldwide. Tom worked at Amazon for 11 years, until 2023.

Currently, Tom is the Head of Systems Engineering at Lime, where they lead the system engineering organization and is responsible for critical software platforms for Lime's business.

Tom Fraser obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering (Computer & Systems) from Carleton University. Tom also has additional certifications, including a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. Tom has also acquired certifications in Advanced Python, C++ Object Oriented, and Project Management Tools and Techniques from CiSRA.
