Yan Zhang

Yan Zhang currently serves as Corporate Manager for Operations Quality Development at LINAK, overseeing quality development and operational excellence. Prior experience includes roles as Process Manager at Danfoss Drives, focusing on global process management and IAFT-16949 standard implementation, and PCBA Production Engineer at Danfoss, managing supplier quality and production setup. Earlier experience includes positions at Delfi Electronics, RTX Telecom A/S, and China Telecom, where responsibilities ranged from customer support to software testing and system maintenance. Yan Zhang holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics from the University of Southern Denmark and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Beijing University of Technology, along with certification training in various quality management methodologies.
