Andrew currently serves as the Vice President of Commercial Operations at LINAK U.S., where they lead the commercial operations for the largest subsidiary of a global electric linear actuator manufacturer. Prior to this role, they held the position of Sr. Director for DESKLINE & HOMELINE Business Units | R&D at LINAK U.S.

Before joining LINAK U.S., Siwicki worked at Owens Corning for several years. Andrew held roles such as Technical Leader, Business Development Manager, Sales and Applications Engineering Leader, Program Manager, and Interior Acoustics Applications Manager. In these positions, they spearheaded various initiatives such as leading the development strategy, driving revenue growth, restructuring teams, managing large-scale projects, and negotiating key relationships with clients.

Siwicki also gained experience at BBi Enterprises Inc as a Program Manager/Technical Sales, where they successfully led a remote team from China for product and tool design, resulting in significant sales growth.
