Jordan Pearl, MBA, currently serves as a Production Development Engineer at LINAK U.S. since February 2022, where responsibilities include developing and implementing manufacturing processes, leading A3 projects, and enhancing collaboration to improve quality and efficiency. Previously, as a Production Engineer at LINAK, Jordan achieved substantial cost savings through production line improvements and managed multi-million dollar projects. Prior experience includes roles as a TPS Engineer at TG Missouri, Quality Analyst at Arkema, and Co-Op Engineer at Lantech, focusing on process optimization, efficiency, and quality assurance. Academic credentials include an MBA in Data Analytics and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville, complemented by an Associate's degree in Engineering from Jefferson Community and Technical College.
