Nathan Power is a seasoned professional in cost analysis and estimating with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Analyst at Linbeck Group, LLC since June 2023, Nathan has previously held significant roles, including Estimator at Encore Concrete and Senior Estimator positions at Westway Construction, American Structural Concrete, and Drymalla Construction. Nathan began an estimating career at Baker Concrete Construction and advanced to Senior Estimating Engineer at Turner Construction Company. Nathan's educational background includes studies at the University of Houston from 1999 to 2002.
