Jeffry Hanwell

Jeffry Hanwell has extensive experience in environmental health and safety engineering at Lincoln Electric since January 2011, where responsibilities include implementing Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles to enhance safety and operational excellence. Previously, Jeffry managed three QA departments and supervised a team of 25 technicians and operators. Additional experience includes serving as a chemical engineer, overseeing manufacturing engineering for circuit board blank and powder coating production. Earlier career experience includes a co-op internship at SSOE Group, focusing on process and instrumentation diagrams and building plan updates. Jeffry is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Kent State University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
