Patrick Welch is currently serving as an Associate Director, Climate Strategies at Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. Prior to that, Patrick held roles such as Senior Associate at GeoAdaptive LLC and Community Planner at U.S. DOT Volpe National Transportation Systems Center. With a background in City and Regional Planning, Patrick has also worked as a Research Associate and Research Assistant focusing on analyzing satellite imagery and land use changes. Patrick has experience in GIS analysis, environmental education, and supporting sustainable transportation decisions.
