Christopher Petrossian

Christopher Petrossian serves as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Consumer group at Lincoln International, overseeing the Los Angeles office since March 2011. In this role, Christopher is a member of the Global Strategy Committee and Fairness Opinion Committee, while managing client relationships and leading deal execution for various private and corporate clients. With over 100 completed M&A and financing transactions valued over $50 billion, Christopher has established a strong presence across multiple industries. Prior to Lincoln International, Christopher held leadership positions at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, focusing on equity, debt, and M&A transactions in the Western US. Christopher began the career in consulting with Deloitte and has a robust academic background with an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
