Marcello Ditursi is an experienced quality and compliance manager specializing in metrology and quality control within the medical sector. Currently serving at Lincotek Medical since April 2020, Marcello oversees a team responsible for in-line checks and metrology, utilizing various measurement instruments such as CMM Zeiss and Mitutoyo profilometers. Prior to this role, Marcello held positions at Glenair Italia S.p.A. as a supervisor and quality control engineer, managing multiple teams and implementing quality assessment procedures for dimensional control. Earlier experience includes mechanical engineering at HANSA-TMP and internships at Politecnico di Bari focusing on mechanical and thermal measurements as well as fluid dynamics simulation. Marcello holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Politecnico di Bari and has a foundational education from Sapienza Università di Roma.
