Nikki Jakins

Nikki Jakins is a highly experienced senior executive at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Growth since 2009, where Nikki spearheads sales strategy across service offerings, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth while leading a global team of over 60 Sales Directors. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where Nikki integrated cross-functional teams of 66 leaders for three revenue divisions, and Head of Sales with full P&L accountability for 53 locations generating over $80 million annually. Nikki's career also includes roles as Regional Manager and Sales/Center Director at Lindamood-Bell from 2000 to 2007, and earlier teaching and training positions in educational settings, culminating in a strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a Master’s degree from the University of Colorado Denver, both earned with honors.
