Leo Chang

As Chief Business Development Officer, Leo Chang works closely with Lindblad's senior leadership to identify M&A and other investment opportunities to grow the company's core domestic and international businesses. He also oversees and directs Lindblad's existing strategic finance activities including operational analysis, resource allocation, budgeting and forecasting, and multi-year planning.

Leo brings close to 25 years of experience leading strategic growth, capital market and operational initiatives for companies across a wide range of industries. Prior to his appointment at Lindblad, Leo was the Chief Financial Officer of Frontida BioPharm, Inc., a pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing platform, where he led the finance, HR and IT functions since 2016. Prior to joining Frontida BioPharm, Inc., Leo was a partner at Kingsley Capital Partners, a London-based multi-family office focused on UK and European mid-market buyouts.

Leo started his career in investment banking at Jefferies, where he spent the next 18 years working on over 100 capital markets and advisory transactions across a number of industries in the US and Europe. Throughout his career at Jefferies, Leo held senior roles in the Leveraged Finance, Restructuring & Recapitalization and Telecom, Media & Technology Groups.

Leo has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
