Ebba Lo has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Ebba began their career at H&M in 2003, starting as a Pattern Cutter Assistant and eventually transitioning to roles such as Garment Technician, Senior Garment Technician, and Product Manager. Ebba'sresponsibilities included improving technical quality assurance, vendor management efficiency, and process improvement strategies. Ebba also played a key role in developing and launching H&M's new improved basic lingerie collection. In 2018, Ebba joined Closely, a brand under Lindex, where they served as the Head of Sourcing and Production. Ebba'srole involved setting up, developing, and securing the launch of Closely from a sourcing, supply chain, product development, and logistics perspective. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Product Innovation at Lindex Group, where they are responsible for enabling future growth through disruptive product innovation. Additionally, they oversee Lindex Group's new Product Innovation HUB. Overall, Ebba's work experience demonstrates their expertise in production, sourcing, supply chain, and innovation within the fashion industry.
Ebba Lo attended the Columbia Business School for one year in 2018, where they obtained a Certificate in Digital Strategies for Business: Leading the Next Generation Enterprise. Prior to this, they studied at the StockholmsTillskärarakademi / The Stockholm Academy of Pattern Cutting and Tailoring from 2000 to 2002. During this time, they earned a Diploma in Professional Tailoring and Pattern cutting.
