Johan Normén is an experienced technical consultant and team lead currently working at Lindex since May 2022, focusing on mentoring and development initiatives within store development. Johan serves as an event organizer for SweTugg and is the founder and organizer of SweNug, a Swedish .NET user group established in 2003. Johan has also been involved as a guest speaker at Knowe AB, offering courses on system development and Agile methodologies. Previous roles include Agile technical coach at Iver Sverige, founder of unSquared AB, teacher at New Minds, and solution developer at Gunnebo, where Johan led a remote team in implementing digitalization and DevOps. Johan's technical expertise is complemented by his work as an Azure architect and DevOps coach at WirelessCar. Educationally, Johan holds a degree in advertising and information technology from Alingsås.
