Bernard's career commenced at Decorland, where responsibilities evolved from Procurement to Production Manager, ultimately becoming Factory Manager from January 1993 to July 1999. Bernard's educational background includes a high school degree in Mechanical Engineering from Linpark Technical High School, completed between 1987 and 1991.
