Leah Sangyeon Oh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Leah Sangyeon started their career as a Research Assistant at Bain & Company in 2002 before moving on to journalism internships at ABC News and The Washington Post in 2003. In 2004, they interned at AMCHAM Korea as a Journalism Intern and at Kantar TNS as a Research Intern.

Oh then transitioned to the technology sector and joined Samsung Electronics in 2006. During their time there, they served as a Global Marketing Communications Manager in the IMC Dept, where they led launching campaigns for flagship mobile phones and managed consistent local adaptations. Leah Sangyeon also worked as a User Research Manager in the Product Insight Dept for Samsung's flagship smartphones.

In 2011, Oh joined SK planet as a Sr. Marketing Strategy Consultant before moving to Hyundai Card•Hyundai Capital•Hyundai Commercial. At Hyundai Card, they worked as a Product Marketing Communications Manager in the Digital Business Dept and later became a Product Strategy Manager in the UX Department. Leah Sangyeon was responsible for redefining the value proposition of Hyundai Card's main app and developing digitalized financial service ideas.

In 2014, Oh joined LINE Company as a Sr. Manager in Brand & Product Marketing Communications for Emerging Markets. Leah Sangyeon drove the emerging market penetration strategy and led the localization of global promotion tools. Leah Sangyeon later became a Sr. Manager in Global Business Strategy & Operations, where they led the incubation and commercialization of the LINE TODAY service in Thailand.

While still at LINE, Oh also took on a role at LINE Plus Corp as the Head of Global business management in the Corp Strategy Office, where they oversee global business management and strategy.

Oh also had a brief stint at LINE Company (Thailand) as a Team Lead in the Insights Team, where they converted data and market trends into actionable business implications and led market studies and user research projects.
