Seung Heun Noh has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Seung Heun began their career as a Software Engineer at Samsung Networks in 2004, where they worked on mobile-based system integration projects. Seung Heun then joined Samsung SDS as a Software Engineer before moving on to SK Telecom, where they held the position of Manager and worked on product development and service portal design. Seung Heun Noh also gained experience in journalism by serving as a Technical Writer at Venture Square and a Technical Translator at Pedium. Seung Heun later joined Akamai Technologies, where they worked as a Solution Architect, Technical Project Manager, and Engagement Manager, focusing on enhancing customer experience and finding the best solutions for their business needs. Currently, they are employed at LINE Plus Corp, where they first worked as a Site Reliability Engineer and then progressed to Service Enablement Engineer. Seung Heun is currently a Team Lead at Enablement Engineering, responsible for managing the delivery of content in a fast, reliable, and secure manner.

Seung Heun Noh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Engineering from Hanyang University from 1997 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Youngdong Highschool from 1994 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Seung Heun Noh has earned various certifications, including being an MVP Alumni from Microsoft, Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services. Seung Heun has also completed several courses in machine learning and holds certifications in project management and various technology-related fields.
