Rajdeep S. has extensive experience in clinical data management and community engagement, currently serving as a Clinical Data Technician at Linear Clinical Research Ltd since May 2019. In this role, Rajdeep oversees database design, supports clinical trial databases, and ensures data integrity for statistical analysis. Previously, as a Recruitment Officer, Rajdeep applied recruitment best practices and utilized business analytics to optimize participant recruitment for clinical trials. Additionally, Rajdeep has held roles in community engagement, mentoring, and sales, demonstrating strong skills in relationship building, strategy development, and communication within culturally diverse environments. Rajdeep holds a Bachelor's degree in Data Science from Curtin University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Science from The University of Western Australia.
