Alexandra Lapinsky Wilson

Alexandra Lapinsky Wilson currently serves as the Product Operations Lead at Linear, where strategic leadership is provided for Product Operations and the Customer Experience team while collaborating with cross-functional leaders in product, engineering, and go-to-market initiatives. As a Mentor for the First Round Fast Track program since February 2021, Alexandra supports emerging talent in the startup ecosystem. Previous experience includes managing Product Operations at Stripe across various sectors, including Payments and Billing, and overseeing global new product launches at Apple, notably for the iPhone XS and XS Max, among others. Alexandra's professional journey includes roles at Ralph Lauren in global communications and operations, as well as consulting on strategy and organizational design for startup projects. Alexandra holds an MBA from The Wharton School, along with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Communication from the University of Pennsylvania.
