Brian Hendery

Brian Hendery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support, leadership training, and youth engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Product Support Specialist at Linear since September 2022, Brian previously held positions at Slack as a Senior Customer Experience Agent and Customer Experience Agent, focusing on empathetic support for a diverse customer base. As an Award Officer for The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award in Canada, Brian managed relationships with 150 volunteer leaders and developed process documentation. Additional experience includes delivering leadership canoe trips with Project Canoe and facilitating programs with Outward Bound Canada, aimed at fostering essential life skills among young participants. Brian holds a degree in English Literature with a minor in European Literature from McGill University.
