Aileen Rochelle Capistrano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio and delivery teams management at Lingaro since September 2015. As a Delivery Leader, Aileen oversees financial performance through Profit & Loss management and ensures high-quality project delivery. Aileen's expertise includes client and stakeholder management, team collaboration, business growth initiatives, and maintaining commitment to client satisfaction. Previously, Aileen held roles as IT Team Leader and Senior Project Manager, managing a cross-functional team and delivering projects within budget and scope, alongside experience as a Business Intelligence Developer and Support Consultant. Earlier roles involved significant contributions to information management at the International Rice Research Institute and software development at OMED Corporation.
