Nik Hensel

Nik Hensel has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. They currently hold the position of Team Lead Accounting at Lingoda GmbH since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Accountant at foodspring from November 2019 to November 2021. They also worked as an Accountant at Tourlane from March 2019 to October 2019. Before that, Nik Hensel served as a Finanzbuchhalter at Seniorenstiftung Prenzlauer Berg from October 2015 to February 2019. They started their career at Hauptverband Deutscher Filmtheater / Forum Film as a Sachbearbeiter Buchhaltung from June 2010 to September 2015.

Nik Hensel completed their education at IHK Berlin, where they obtained a degree in Bilanzbuchhalter / Bachelor Professional of Accounting from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Oberstufenzentrum Bürowirtschaft und Dienstleistungen Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg from 2006 to 2009, earning a degree in Bürokaufmann. In addition to their formal education, Nik Hensel has obtained several certifications, including Fostering Collaboration, Building Accountability into Your Culture, Decision-Making Strategies, Having Difficult Conversations, Leading and Working in Teams, and Teamwork Foundations, all from LinkedIn in early 2020.
