Reinaldo Paiva

Reinaldo Paiva has been associated with Link Consulting Brasil since August 2005, serving in various key roles including Diretor de operações, Gerente de Fabrica de Testes, and Gerente de Operações de Testes, responsible for overseeing operations in Rio de Janeiro, managing budget control and strategic planning for business expansion. Previous experience includes establishing the testing area for the Porto Conecta MVNO launch and managing internal and external demands in a testing facility. Reinaldo also provided senior consulting for Movicel S.A. in Angola on GSM technology implementation and quality assurance for billing systems. Earlier roles included senior test analyst at Vivo and field engineer at Marconi/Ericsson for Brazil Telecom, focusing on site supervision and equipment integration. Reinaldo holds a BS in Telecommunications Engineering from Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações and has experience as an intern at Universidade Federal de Itajubá.
