Bishoy A. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the IT industry. Bishoy started their career at Orange Egypt as a Technical Support Representative, where they provided assistance to customers with DSL and internet connectivity issues. Bishoy then moved on to TE data, where they continued their technical support role, assisting customers with DSL and static IP configuration.

Bishoy's next position was at Gazayerli Group Egypt, where they served as an IT Support professional. Here, they were responsible for the administration of over 60 user accounts and the maintenance of various servers and network equipment. Bishoy also ensured data backup and implemented security measures.

Afterward, Bishoy joined DigiSay as an IT Specialist. In this role, they maintained service quality and performed troubleshooting for various devices and systems. Bishoy also applied security policies and managed accounts for Google G-suite and YouTube CMS service.

Following their time at DigiSay, Bishoy took on the role of System Administrator (Project) at grfn. Bishoy'sresponsibilities included creating a Microsoft 365 Tenant, migrating data, and implementing MFA and conditional access policies.

Bishoy then joined GroupM MENA as a System Administrator, where they supported and administered apps and services across the MENA region. Bishoy applied security criteria, managed backup storages, and handled Active Directory services.

Most recently, Bishoy is working as a Cloud Engineer at Link Development, where they are involved in cloud-related projects. The duration of their current role is ongoing.

Bishoy A. attended Thebes Academy from 2007 to 2013, where they obtained a B.Sc degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
