Dalia Radwan

Dalia Radwan is an experienced quality control and testing professional with a strong background in software quality assurance and mobile banking application testing. Dalia has been with Link Development since September 2019 as a Test Specialist and Senior Quality Control Engineer. Prior to that, Dalia worked at CIT VERICASH as a Senior Quality Control Engineer, focusing on API, integration, and UI testing for mobile banking applications on both Android and iOS. Earlier experiences include a role as a Quality Control Engineer at eLocalize, where Dalia converted documents to eBook formats and ensured output met client specifications. Dalia also held positions as a Software Tester at Smart Tech Systems and STS, engaging in both testing and UI design, and began her career in customer service as a Callcenter Agent at Wasla Outsourcing. Dalia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences and Information Technology from Cairo University, completed in 2015, and a high school diploma in Mathematics from Helwan Secondary School.
