Britton T. Winterer

Britton (“Britt”) is Link’s chief development officer, responsible for all aspects of the company’s development activities.

Prior to joining Link’s predecessor company, Gramercy Property Trust, in October 2014, he ran the development business for RREEF on the east coast. From 2000 to 2006, he developed suburban office buildings and industrial properties for Catellus Development and its subsequent company Prologis.

Britt received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Williams College and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. In his free time, he enjoys being a muse to his painter wife, Rosy, and a personal chef and alpine touring guide to his 15-year-old son.
