Richard M. Carbone

Richard M. Carbone has extensive work experience in marketing and graphic design.

Starting in 2010, they worked as an Assistant Marketing Director and Graphic Designer at The Nicotra Group. Richard M. then transitioned to a Graphic Designer role at Designer Greetings in 2011.

In 2014, Carbone joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Marketing Associate, specializing in Business Development and Marketing & Communications.

In 2017, they advanced to become a Senior Marketing Manager for JLL's Northeast Industrial Region. In this role, Carbone led the development and execution of marketing initiatives, identified opportunities for process improvement, and contributed to team-wide and corporate marketing initiatives.

Currently, Carbone holds the position of Senior Director of Development Marketing at Link Logistics Real Estate, which they started in 2022.

Richard M. Carbone holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Communication Design from CUNY New York City College of Technology. Richard M. also possesses a Certificate of Achievement in Web Design from Middlesex College. In addition to their educational background, Richard has obtained certifications as a New Jersey Licensed Real Estate Salesperson from the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and as a New York Licensed Real Estate Salesperson from the NYS Division of Licensing Services.
