Maciej Natorski MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Client Advisor at Alior Bank S.A., providing customer support and sales of banking products. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Transactional Banker in the same bank. Later, from 2013 to 2015, Maciej worked as an Innovation Specialist in the Strategic Projects Department at Alior Bank S.A. Their responsibilities included developing innovative solutions for the bank. In 2015, they moved to Orange Polska, where they worked as a Sales Development Expert and a Sales Strategy and Budget Expert. During their time there, they focused on sales strategy and budgeting. Finally, in 2017, Maciej joined LINK4 as an Innovation Manager and later became the Head of Innovation and Robotic Process Automation. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director of Strategy and Innovation at LINK4.
Maciej Natorski MBA has a Master's degree in International Relationships from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, as well as a Licentiate degree in International Relationships from Uniwersytet Pedagogiczny w Krakowie. Additionally, they attended Warsaw University of Technology Business School to pursue an MBA with a focus on Digital Transformation.
