Szymon Michalak

Szymon Michalak has worked in the IT recruitment field for several years. Szymon started their career as a Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant at Link Group in February 2021 and quickly progressed to a Junior IT Recruitment Consultant role in May 2021. In October 2021, they advanced further and became an IT Recruitment Consultant at the same company. Szymon then joined J&P Consulting Sp z o.o. in June 2019 as an HR Office Coordinator, a role they held until October 2020. Currently, they are working as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager at Link Group, starting in October 2022.

Szymon Michalak attended Coders Lab in 2020 and obtained a degree in Junior Python Developer. Prior to that, they studied at Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, where they focused on Informatyka.
