Ian Burbidge has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR Systems at Linklaters since March 2010, where previous roles included Global HR Systems Manager and Senior HR Manager. Prior to Linklaters, Burbidge held the position of Deputy Head of HR at BGC Partners from May 2006 to March 2010 and worked as an Associate in HR at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein from October 2000 to May 2006. Burbidge holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Exeter and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University.
