Julien Bourmaud-Danto

Julien Bourmaud-Danto is a highly experienced corporate and M&A lawyer currently serving as a Corporate/M&A Partner at Linklaters since November 2018, with a prior role as Counsel at the same firm. Julien previously held the position of Head of Legal at NUMA and has extensive experience as an Avocat à la Cour at both Bredin Prat and Linklaters. Additional experience includes a secondment at Ardian and internships at HSBC and Shearman & Sterling LLP. Julien holds a Master of Science in Finance from ESSEC Business School, along with multiple law degrees from distinguished institutions, including Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
