Pallvi Shah is an accomplished executive coach with over 15 years of experience in training and development within global law firms. Currently serving as Director of Pallvi Shah Coaching Services since February 2023 and Director of Moda Coaching since August 2010, Pallvi Shah focuses on developing women leaders and empowering talented professionals to excel. In addition, Pallvi Shah has extensive experience as a Training Consultant and Internal Coach at Linklaters, where responsibilities include developing training programs and providing one-on-one coaching. Previous positions include IT Trainer at Mishcon de Reya and Learning Consultant at Simmons and Simmons. Pallvi Shah holds an MA in Psychological Coaching from The Metania Institute and an MCIPD in Training and HR.
