Niki Hruskocy

Niki Hruskocy is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people management and talent operations. Currently serving as Vice President of People at LinkSquares since June 2021, Niki previously held the position of Senior Director of People at the same company. Prior roles include Director of People at Nuvolo, Senior Manager of Talent Rewards and Operations at Circle, and Manager of HR Operations and Rewards at Moderna. Niki began a career in HR at DraftKings, Inc. as Manager of Total Rewards and Human Resources Specialist. Niki earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and participated in a study abroad program at Bond University.
