David Mear is an accomplished property and sales professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Lettings at Linley and Simpson since September 2013, David oversees the management of over 8,500 properties through a network of 15 branches. Previously held roles include Area Lettings Manager and Senior Branch Manager at Linley and Simpson, as well as Franchise Manager at The Cube Group and Sales Director/Owner at VillaMia Property Consultants. Earlier in David's career, positions included Area Sales Director at Forte Hotels and Area Sales Manager at HSS Hire. David holds a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance from Birmingham City University.
