Norman Reed

Norman Reed is a graduate of Columbia Law School with extensive experience in government and in the private sector. Norman has worked at the Security and Exchange Commission’s Division of Trading and Markets, and at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In addition, he has been a General Counsel at Carta (formerly eShares Inc.), Ripple and Omgeo LLC, while serving as a Managing Director in the legal department of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. Norman is currently the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at the nanopay Corporation, a global payments technology company.
