Prior to this, from 2012 to 2021, Tetra worked at Ericsson in various roles including Subject Matter Expert and Service Delivery Line Manager. With a background in software development and customer support, Tetra has a Bachelor of Engineering in Informatics and a Master of Business Administration in Finance.
